LUXURY Magazine : May 2010



       Mmmmm, mmmmh. Vanilla custard, Coconut sticky rice, Watermelon - Green Tea, & Chocolate pop rocks!! At Hachi Contemporay Japanese Restaurant, I think we ate more than we shot :) 

       Last month! We were one of the first to taste these whimsical creations of Chef Jaret Blinn, Executive Pastry Chef for Red Rock Resort. This month! We are Thrilled.....to have a 3 page spread called "Pastry Power House" (pg 70) featuring his Sushi Roll desserts! Yumm - me.

Rouse's gettin' Crabby


A Day with Crabs:  Those of you who have Spent Even 3 minutes with Rouse KNOW -
                                          Alaskan King Crab = Rouse weak at the knees :)
 We spent all day smelling over 10 lbs of gorgeous king crab for the New Ad for THE Buffet @ Aria inside City Center, Las Vegas.  Only to Throw it All away after shooting it above the Food & Health Adminitration's recommended Tempertures.  Tears :)

 Thank you to Bobbie, Jenn & Clay at SK+G Advertising for the lovely Shoot & that Smell that's Still lingering around the Studio.  :)
