Uncork'd In the KITCHEN

Uncork'd 2010 combined our first 2 loves : Good Grub & Photography.  


This year was our very First Uncork'd Las Vegas, which is to say the least a world class wine & food festival.  For 3 days, we got to Rub elbows with celebrity chefs such as Cat Cora, Bobby Flay, Wolfgang Puck, Charlie Palmer, Alain Ducasse, Guy Savoy, Bradley Ogden, Joël Robuchon, Kim Canteenwalla, Francois Payard and Kerry Simon and more from the Las Vegas restaurant scene!


We were also honored to photograph some History makers in the Kitchen for Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.  2 Days to setup, 2 Different shot's, Half hour with the Chefs.  Fewwwwee.  (Luckily, we were able to keep em' Laughin for a about an hour!)


This is the first time Frank Pellegrino Sr., Bradley Ogden, Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay, Guy Savoy & Francois Payard were all in the same room & photographed.  (That's pretty cool to us Foodies!)

What.....on Earth are they making? 


So, incase you want the recipe - that's 1 Heirloom tomato, a Filet Mignon (preferrably uncooked), Payard's famous chocolate Glaze (cooled & clumpy), just a few baby greens
& finished with 1 freshly cracked egg. Salt & Pepper as neccessary :)


The Set....half broken down....... just about missed it with all the excitement!
